Here’s another good variation to try. Angel says, the ingredients i used are: 2 14 oz. cans of sweetened condensed milk 1 13.5 oz can of coconut milk 1 15 oz. can of cream of coconut (“Coco Lopez” brand highly recommended) 2 12 oz. cans of evaporated milk 2 coconuts – about a cup of pure coconut water (if you are lazy you can use coconut water from a jar/can or whatever just make sure its coconut water not juice and has no pulp.) cinnamon sticks to distribute in containers (for smaller containers use like 2 for bigger ones use more.) this is it if you want to make it non alcoholic for alcoholic recipe keep reading. lol. 2 cups Rum give or take (“Palo Viejo” brand highly highly recommended) Just blend everything together and enjoy. let me know what you all think. comment rate and subscribe.
your welcome and happy holidays.
You are the only person whom explained why blending is necessary. Thank You
lol thanks. It came out good! I’m going to make it again this year 🙂 And i did end up finding some Coco Lopez at Publix. As for the Palo Viejo, I used half for coquito and the rest I used to bake a rum cake – which i also found on YouTube lol
wow i know this is super late lmao, but if you cant find the coco lopez at walmart or publix, try your local liquor store. im sure there are a few around your area. one of them should have it. hope you try making it again this year and hope that the goya worked out for you. lol
i do believe that egg actually goes in like the original recipe or something like that. ( i personally would rather not drink raw eggs) lol. what i did here is just another variation. there are so many ways people make this drink. your welcome.
good luck. im sure it will be a hit
thanks

Looks delish! I will be making coquitos for the holidays!
Thank you very nice
I’m gonna try this today. I bought some Palo Viejo yesterday. You’re right, It was ALOT cheaper compared to the Bacardi Rum. Couldn’t find any Coco Lopez at Wal-Mart or Publix, so i got Goya instead. Can’t wait to try this drink 🙂
Thanks for posting! There are so many variations on this recipe out there! Thanks for sharing yours…
