]]>You recipe sounds delicious.. but I got mine from Carmen Avoy de Valdelluli.. she wrote one of the first books of Puerto Rican cooking in the 50ths.. before coco lopez,, and all the new ingredients that people are adding..also my family is from Las Piedras Puerto Rico and in El Campo people make their own leche de coco to do it.. always adding eggs.. again… also.. leche evaporada is added when making Ponche Crema.. but that is a different recipe.. take care..
