I am sorry that the lighting in this video was so bad… we had a house full of people and we didn’t set up the lights. THIS IS AN EASY VERSION OF COQUITO 2 cans of evaporated milk 1 can of sweetened condensed milk 1 can of Cream of coconut 3 cinnamon sticks boiled in 1 cup of water and allowed to cool 1-2 cups of Rum… depending on how strong you want it.(you don’t have to put Rum at all if you want a Virgin Coquito) Boil water with the 3 cinnamon sticks and let cool Add the 2 cans of evaporated milk 1 can of condensed milk, 1 can of cream of coconut, and 1 cup of the cinnamon water to a bowl or blender. Mix well! add rum to taste and mix…. serve cold!!

She doesn’t have to like the dish to make it for others. She clearly stated in that video her daughter loves it. What’s wrong with making a dish at someone else request if you know how to make it. I don’t understand how faces can make or break your day.

This reminds me of a drink we make in the Caribbean called “Piña Colada” which aside from being made with crushed pineapples and pineapple juice is very similar to what you made. Must say, I love your no nonsense sense of humor and charm :p and I really love your vids and recipes.

@BETHSANGIE I was born in Puerto Rico and I don’t like Arroz con Gandules or other Spanish dish, so just because PrincessDiana is trying to show someone else her recipes does not mean that she is trying to hide where she came from. People like you need to stay off youtube.

Hi PrincessDiana! Thank you for posting this video… my husband is Puerto Rican and I was trying to find the easiest way of making coquito… I hope he likes it. I’ll be practicing and keeping them in the fridge. How long before do you think I would be able to make them and keep them in the fridge. Does it get bad?
